    | Serves

    1)   Preheat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan/Gas 3

    2)   Using a small sharp knife, cut into the loaf in a criss-cross pattern. Then hollow out a circle the same size as the camembert and just deep enough for it to nestle into. Place onto a baking tray

    3)   In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic and 1 tbs olive oil

    4)   Use a small spoon to spread the garlic butter all over the loaf, ensuring it gets into the cuts and the hollowed out part

    5)   Place the cheese into the loaf then make a few cuts in the top of the cheese. Drizzle on a little olive oil and scatter over the rosemary leaves

    6)   Place into the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until everything is golden and the cheese is melted inside

    7)   Carefully transfer to a board to serve, with a pot of cranberry sauce alongside. Peel back the rind a little, pull off chunks of the garlicky bread and dip into the runny cheese!
