You will need
4 Warburtons crumpets
1kg of pork belly slices
1l of stock
teriyaki sauce
ginger
chill flakes
sesame seeds
chilli slices
spring onion slices

- Simmer the pork belly slices in 1l of stock for 2 hours
- Pat dry the port belly and cut into small chunks
- In a pan, mix teriyaki sauce, grated ginger, and chilli flakes to taste. Let the mixture reduce into a dark and sticky glaze
- Add the pork belly to the pan and fully coat in the glaze
- Heat the crumpets in a microwave for 20s
- Fill the crumpets with the pork and top with sesame seeds, chilli slices and spring onion slices
- Serve and enjoy
