You will need
4 Warburtons Sliced Hot Dog Rolls
4 large sausages or Hot Dogs
4 tbs homemade or ready-made chilli con carne
For the salsa
1 small avocado
1/2 lime, juice only
1/2 red chilli, sliced
Few fresh coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp sweetcorn
Make it
20 minutes | Serves 4
- Cook or heat the sausages according to the pack instructions.
- Meanwhile, make the salsa. Halve, de-stone, peel and chop the avocado then mix in a small bowl with the rest of the salsa ingredients.
- Heat the chilli con carne
- Once the sausages are ready, place one into each roll and top with a spoonful of chilli.
- Then spoon over some of the avocado salsa before serving.
