You will need
2 Warburtons Plain Thin Bagels
2-3 tablespoon cream cheese
Small pack smoked salmon (approx 80-100g)
Few fresh chives, chopped
½ lemon, cut into 4 wedges
Freshly ground black pepper
Make it
5 minutes | Serves 2
- Mix the cream cheese in a small bowl with most of the chives and a squeeze of lemon
- Toast the Warburtons Thin Bagels then spread the bottom halves generously with the cream cheese mixture
- Divide the salmon between the bagels then add a grind of black pepper and scatter over the remaining chives. Replace the lids and serve with an extra wedge of lemon
