You will need
2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
4 medium eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp butter
2 gluten free sausages
salt and pepper
chives to serve
Make it

- Cook sausages as per pack instructions
- To make the scrambled eggs, break the eggs into a jug, add the milk and mix with a fork
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour in the eggs
- Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until set, season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat. Set aside
- Toast crumpets in toaster for 2 minutes or until lightly browned
- Divide the scrambled egg over the crumpets and cut up the sausages to place on top
- Sprinkle with chopped chives to serve
