You will need
2 Warburtons Breakfast Muffins
3 pork sausages
2 thin slices cheese
2 medium free-range eggs
Make it
| Serves 2
1) Squeeze the sausagemeat out of the skins and divide into two. Form into thin patties and chill for half an hour if you have time
2) Fry the sausage patties in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat for a few minutes on each side until lightly golden and cooked through. Lift out and keep warm while you fry the eggs in the same pan
3) Meanwhile lightly toast the muffins on both sides. Add a slice of cheese to the bases of the muffins then add a sausage patty. Top with a fried egg and a dollop of ketchup
4) Wrap in baking paper to transport or eat straight away
