You will need
1 Warburtons Protein Sandwich Thin
1 vine tomato
50g baby spinach
3 medium egg
1 tsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Make it
| Serves 1
- Slice the tomato into 4 and set aside
- Place to spinach into a pan with 2 tbsp water of boiling water and heat gently until wilted, add the tomato slices to the pan, cover and keep warm
- Mix the 3 eggs together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
- Place a frying pan on the heat to warm up
- Split and toast your Warburtons Thin
- Add the butter to the pan, once melted add the eggs and stir until cooked
- Place the warm tomato and spinach on to the Warburtons Thin and top with the scrambled egg
