    You will need

    1 Warburtons Protein Sandwich Thin

    1 vine tomato

    50g baby spinach

    3 medium egg

    1 tsp butter

    Salt and pepper to taste


    Make it

    | Serves 1

    1. Slice the tomato into 4 and set aside
    2. Place to spinach into a pan with 2 tbsp water of boiling water and heat gently until wilted, add the tomato slices to the pan, cover and keep warm
    3. Mix the 3 eggs together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
    4. Place a frying pan on the heat to warm up
    5. Split and toast your Warburtons Thin
    6. Add the butter to the pan, once melted add the eggs and stir until cooked
    7. Place the warm tomato and spinach on to the Warburtons Thin and top with the scrambled egg
