    • 2 slices of Protein Power loaf​
    • 2 eggs​
    • 1 medium ripe avocado​
    • 1 clove of garlic​
    • Juice of ½ a lemon​
    • Salt and black pepper​
    • A decent pinch of chilli flakes

    🥑 Cut your avocado in half, throw away the stone, then scoop out the flesh and pop it in a bowl with a minced garlic clove, lemon juice, and a bit of salt and pepper, then mash it all up​

    🥚 Poach your eggs and toast your bread​

    🍞 Spread your smashed avocado on the toast and top with poached eggs and a nice pinch of chilli flakes
