You will need
2 slices of Warburtons Wholemeal Wholemeal Bread
1 kiln roasted salmon fillet
2 tbsp of crème fraiche
1 tsp chopped dill
8 slices of cucumber
Salt and pepper to taste

- Break the salmon fillet up into pieces
- Add the crème fraiche to a mixing bowl and add the dill and season with salt and pepper and mix
- Spread the crème fraiche on to the bottom slice of bread, add the sliced cucumber and flaked salmon and close the sandwich with the other slice of bread
