You will need
2 Warburtons Gluten Free High Protein Wraps
100g large cooked prawns
1 ripe tomato, diced
1 spring onion, sliced
75g feta cheese, crumbled
few sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 avocado, halved and de-stoned
½ lemon, juice only
large handful watercress
Make it
15 minutes | Serves 2
- Mix the prawns with the tomato, onion, feta and parsley
- Scoop out the avocado and mash with a fork on a plate. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and stir
- Divide the smashed avocado between the wraps and spread. Add the prawn and feta mix then top with the watercress and fold
