You will need
2 Warburtons Potato Cakes
1 small pear washed
60g goats cheese, sliced from a log
4 walnut halves, chopped
1 tsp of honey
Make it
10 minutes | Serves 1
- Lightly toast the potato cakes and keep the grill on
- Slice the pear thinly and divide between the potato cakes then top with the slices of goats cheese
- Pop back under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and is just starting to turn golden
- Transfer to plates then sprinkle over the nuts and drizzle with a little honey
