You will need
4 Warburtons White Pittas
4-6 tbs passata
Pinch salt and black pepper
Pinch dried oregano
4-6 tbs grated mozzarella
Toppings of your choice, we used:
½ yellow pepper, thinly sliced
½ red pepper, thinly sliced
½ small courgette, thinly sliced
Large handful pitted olives
Rocket leaves
Make it
| Serves 4
1) Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan oven)
2) Add the salt, pepper and oregano to the passata and stir. Prepare your toppings
3) Place the pittas onto a large baking tray and spread a spoonful of passata over each one. Sprinkle on the mozzarella. Arrange the toppings on top and pop in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are cooked
4) Serve with a few sprigs of rocket on top and extra on the side
