You will need
1 Warburtons Gluten Free Pitta
½ packet halloumi
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp chilli flakes
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Avocado
Fresh mint
Tzaziki
Fresh Pomegranate
Make it
15 mins | Serves 1
- Slice your halloumi and brush the honey and chilli on top.
- Heat a frying pan to a medium heat. Fry the halloumi on both sides until golden brown and caramelised.
- Add all of the salad ingredients, halloumi and tzatziki to a chopping board and chop until finely diced and well mixed together.
- Scoop this mixture into the pitta, and add some extra halloumi and mint on top for some extra texture.
