You will need
- 1 pack of Crumpets​
- 60g gingerbread biscuits​
- 35ml maple syrup​
- 35ml coconut oil

- 🍪 Break up your biccies and give them a quick whizz in a food processor until you’ve got fine crumbs​
- 🥥 Pop your coconut oil and syrup in then whizz again into a thick, gingery paste​
- 🔥 Toast your Crumpets then spread your ginger topping on nice and thick​
- ✨ Drizzle over your syrup as you like and tuck in!
