You will need
3 Warburtons Gluten Free Fruity Buns
2 free range eggs
150ml double cream
1 tbs caster sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Knob butter and oil for frying
Few strawberries, quartered
1 small banana, sliced
Icing sugar, for dusting
Make it

1) Beat the eggs and cream with a fork in a bowl. Add the sugar and vanilla extract
2) Split the buns and dip them in the egg and cream mixture, turning to make sure they’re well coated
3) Heat half the butter and oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat then add half of the buns. Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden then lift out onto a warm plate
4) Heat the rest of the butter and oil and repeat with the rest of the buns
5) Stack the buns, 3 pieces on each plate. Divide the fruit between them, then dust over a little icing sugar
