    You will need

    160g of ready cooked and sliced flavoured chicken

    1/4 of a ripe mango - stone removed, peeled and diced

    1/4 red bell pepper, sliced

    1/4 green bell pepper, sliced

    1 spring onion, thinly sliced

    2 cm of red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

    1/2 a teaspoon of fish sauce

    1/2 a line, zest and juice

    2 tsp caster sugar

    1. Mix the fish sauce, lime juice and zest together with the caster sugar.
    2. Add all of the prepared and diced ingredients, except the chicken , and mix well to coat.
    3. Add a layer of chicken slices to one half of a thin and top with the salsa.
    4. Add another half of Warburtons thins topped with the chicken and salsa
    5. Finish by adding the remaining Thin
