You will need
3 Slices Warburtons Tiger Bloomer
1 ball mozzarella (we used a buffalo mozzarella)
150g Tomatoes, mixed sizes, halved or sliced depending on size. (We used cherry, plum and vine tomatoes)
A few basil leaves torn
1 - 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper
Handful of rocket
Make it
15 minutes | Serves 3 as a snack
- Halve the slices of tiger bloomer and arrange on a serving plate or board
- Slice the mozzarella and arrange on the slices of bread with the tomatoes, overlapping and tucking the cheese in around the tomatoes
- Scatter over the basil leaves, season with a grind of black pepper then drizzle over the olive oil.
- Serve straight away with rocket on the side
