You will need
1 Warburtons Protein Thin Bagel
2 medium sized eggs - lightly beaten and seasoned
1 slice smoked bacon
Small handful spinach - chopped
1 tablespoon crumbled Feta cheese
Make it
5 minutes | Serves 1
- Grill bacon until crispy, cool slightly then chop into small pieces.
- Scramble eggs, add bacon, spinach and Feta cheese and pile onto a lightly toasted bagel.
- Serve immediately.
